We are not responsible for USPS packages once scanned in at our post office. We will do whatever we can to help you track a package and locate it in the event it gets lost or misplaced by them. However, we cannot be held responsible for the mail service, their delays, or shortcomings there in. You ALWAYS have the option to upgrade shipping or choose route to help track your packages, otherwise we ship the cheapest possible way with tracking always.
